Mahaprajna Paramita Sutra fascicle 441:Buddha says: “Subhuti! Mara and his demons will manifest themselves in the image of monks and approach Bodhisattva’s dwelling to expediently bestir corruption. They will prevent the Bodhisattva from coping, mindfully upholding, reading, learning, contemplating, and teaching this perfection of wisdom to anyone.”
